The hoarding panels not only deter pedestrians from an active construction site, but the 3D elements give them moments for interaction on their way to their destinations. It allows passersby to play with panels featuring different musical instruments, distorted mirrors, movable letters, and download books from the virtual library.
The various sound instruments can be played by hands or fixed percussion mallets. As budget was negotiable, we pushed to go beyond a typical 2D print hoarding and place the concept of sound and tactile art with high importance.
